Another year gone by in the blink of an eye. Unfortunately I have been unable to update the website as often as I would like. It always seems like during the hockey season weekends fly by way too fast. Hopefully this season I will have more free time during the week to update this site so If you have any news or anything you would like posted to this site or our clubs Facebook page / galleryfeel free to email me on philgoodsell [at] hotmail [dot] com.
The club muster will be held on Sunday January 31st at clyde park from 10am until 12pm. We would love it if everybody could make it out to the fields so that we can have a good idea of numbers for the 2010 season. Remember the earlier we know how many players we have, the earlier we can tell you the details of which teams will be fielded.
Also on Sunday the 31st of January will be the club AGM held at the viewing room at Clyde Park from 2:30pm until 4:30pm. If you wish to nominate for a position within the club, have your say about the running of the club, or even just keep up to date with whats going on in the club you are more than welcome to attend.
The following Monday (the 1st of February) will be the final social hockey night for the season.
Senior Training will begin on Tuesday the 9th of February at 8 oclock. It would be great If we could have as many people to the start of year training sessions as possible since it allows us to get a good idea of numbers for the start of the season.
The Toowoomba Hockey Expo day will be held on the 13th of February at Clyde Park. If you are interested in helping our club out on that day, whether it be talking to people to promote hockey and our club or simply help people complete sign up sheets then your assistance would be extremely helpful.
Junior training will start on the following Monday (the 15th of February). We will be able to tell you who your childs coach will be on this first week so if you can make it that would be beneficial.
Fixtures are due to start on the weekend of the 13th of March for both juniors and seniors. Times for junior games should remain relatively unchanged while senior (and under 18) times are still being discussed. Check with us closer to the date for final times.
